Greetings! This blog post has been a long time in the making, lurking quietly in the background as we waited for the “perfect moment” to introduce who we are, what we do, and how far we’ve come. But if there’s anything we’ve learned, it’s that there’s no perfect time—only the right energy. And that time is now. We are thrilled to officially present CALF-Events CIC (Children & Authors’ Literary Fanfare and Events)—a non-profit, community interest company with a mission to celebrate culturally diverse children’s literature and create literature-inspired experiences that enrich the lives of young readers everywhere.

As we proudly unveil our new logo, designed by the talented Tolu Shofule and illustrated by the gifted Shedrach Ayalomeh, we also mark an important milestone: our fifth year of operations.
